This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for April 30, 2008:

I want to say yes to myself. I want to forget my inhibitions and allow myself to live.  All too often, I put myself down or allow opportunities to pass me by.  If I could just say yes to myself, I could live life to the fullest.
